Victoria´s background includes operating in fast-paced legal departments supporting the business and managing efficiency and simplification of in-house legal departments for over 20 years. Victoria is experienced in multi-country environments with varied governing law schemes.
Prior to joining Airbnb, Victoria was Head of Legal at Target Group and Senior Legal Counsel at Hutchinson 3G in the UK. Previous to that, Victoria was Director, Legal Affairs, for South America at Dell Computers and Eastman Kodak Company, Legal Manager for Wal-Mart and Carrefour in Argentina.
Victoria has an MBA degree, a Master degree in Business Law, a law degree and attended diverse legal related training sessions at Cambridge University.
Victoria is a member of the Board of Directors of the ACC Chapter in Argentina and was invited as speaker to many international seminars in Europe and Latin America.
Victoria is married and has 2 children.
Santiago del Solar Dorrego
Mr. Santiago del Solar Dorrego has an agronomical engineering degree from the University of Buenos Aires.As the fifth generation family agronomist from his mother´s family and sixth generation from his father´s family he has worked in several agriculural family business in Rojas, Trenque Lauquen and Pehuajo in the province of Buenos Aires.
He has served as Chief of Cabinet of the Agroindustry Ministry during Luis Miguel Etchevehere´s administration as Minister from November 2017 to December 2019.
He has been part of the agricultural board of AACREA (Asociación Argentina de Consorcios Regionales de Experimentación Agrícola) during 2004, and member of the board from 2005 to 2007.
As a member of AACREA he has participated in two agricultural value chains, Argentrigo an Maizar, where he served as Vice-president between 2008 and 2009 and as President between 2009 and 2011.
He has given numerous lectures on Argentine Agriculture, direct sowing, biotechnology,and precision agriculture throughout the world.

Daniel Lema is the director of the Master in Agribusiness program and professor of microeconomics and applied econometrics at the Universidad del CEMA (UCEMA). He is researcher in agricultural economics at the Institute of Economics of the National Institute of Agricultural Technology (INTA-Argentina). He works in the fields of technological change, agricultural policies and economic evaluation of public policies. Dr. Lema has worked as consultant for international organizations as OECD, FAO, CGIAR, IADB and World Bank and the Consultative Committee of the Common Fund for Commodities (CFC).

Gabriela Salinas has a unique professional profile, with deep understanding of strategic, accounting, financial and marketing issues, which has earned her a reputation as one of the world’s leading experts in the field of brand management and valuation.
She has a broad international experience, having worked in New York, Buenos Aires, Singapore, London and Madrid for clients such as Bank of America, Repsol, YPF, Chevron, Telefónica, Terra Networks, Bausch & Lomb, Johnson & Johnson, Roca, GM, Great Eastern Life and other international companies on projects that have required a broad range of strategic solutions including brand positioning, brand engagement, brand architecture and brand measurement.
As Global Managing Director of the Brand Finance Institute, the education and training division of Brand Finance (the leading consulting firm specializing in brand strategy and valuation), she designs, implements and evaluates training programs related to brand management, measurement and valuation for blue chip clients worldwide.
Before joining Brand Finance, she worked for international corporations such as Deloitte, Futurebrand (IPG), Acindar S.A (Arcelor Mittal) and Scotiabank. Laurence is a brand specialist and a consolidated business developer with over 25 years of experience directing client engagements in brand-building disciplines encompassing valuation, brand architecture, strategy, corporate identity, and packaging, across multiple sectors and geographies. His expertise has been largely in Mexico and Latin America, and more recently, the US and Canada where he serves as the Managing Director for the Americas Region of Brand Finance.
Prior to joining Brand Finance, Laurence founded two independent brand design and strategy firms in Mexico, Brandia and Marca Capital, both of which today, boast double-digit growth and operate strong client portfolios.
In his career, Laurence has serviced clients in banking and financial sectors, such as S&P Global, Citi, and Ally Bank in the United States, Banorte and BBVA in Mexico, and Bancolombia in Colombia. Laurence also brings extensive experience in the information technology and retail sectors having collaborated with industry leaders such as Infosys and NTT Global, Walmart, and Calimax in Mexico. Laurence also brings wide experience in the sports and entertainment industry having lead engagements for Televisa, Mexico’s National Soccer Team, and Cinepolis, among others.
Laurence is a frequent contributor on marketing and branding topics in media outlets such as Mexico’s leading daily Reforma, El Financiero Bloomberg, and El Economista. Maria is a full-time professor of Business and Marketing at Universidad del CEMA since 2000. From 2005 to 2018, she was the MBA Program Director. Since 2018 she directs the Undergraduate Business Program and has overseen the development and launch of two new undergraduate programs in Digital Business and in Business Analytics. She is an international expert in business education and has participated in evaluation panels for some of the leading Business Schools in the continent as a consultant and peer evaluator for the Association of MBAs, the London-based accreditation agency.
She also leads initiatives at UCEMA aimed to promote the advancement of women in upper management, such as the webinar series of “Female Business Leaders”.
María holds a PhD in Cognitive Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh, an MBA from the Simon School of Management, University of Rochester, and an undergraduate degree from Universidad Nacional de La Plata. She has published several papers in her areas of expertise and successfully directed several doctoral dissertations.
Before joining UCEMA, she held teaching positions at the University of Pittsburgh and Universidad Di Tella. She also worked as a marketing manager for Procter & Gamble, in the USA and in Argentina.
Emilio Ocampo, 56, is a professor of finance and economic history at UCEMA since 2006. He is also an independent consultant with a career in finance that spans over a quarter of century during which held senior positions at Citigroup, Morgan Stanley, Salomon Brothers and Chase Manhattan Bank in London and New York. In 2013 and 2014 he taught an emerging market finance course at NYU’s Stern School of Business. Mr. Ocampo is a member of the academic committee of graduate finance program at UCEMA and leads UCEMA’s fundraising efforts. He is the author and/or co-editor of ten books and numerous articles on finance, history and economics and a regular contributor of op-ed columns in La Nación and Clarin, Argentina’s leading newspapers. He has been actively involved in several not-for-profit and academic initiatives in Argentina and abroad. He is a member of the Academic Advisory Board of Fundación Libertad y Progreso, a public policy think tank based in Buenos Aires. During 2016-2020 he was a Senior Associate at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (Washington D.C.). From mid 2007 until late 2012 he was Chairman of the Board of Help Argentina, a not for profit foundation. Mr. Ocampo has an MBA degree from the Booth Graduate School of Business of the University of Chicago (1990) and a graduate degree in Economics from the University of Buenos Aires (1985).
Diana is a full-time professor of Finance at Universidad del CEMA since 2007 and Dean for Institutional Relations.
Diana is or was a member of the Board of BA or NYSE-traded companies. She is a member of Loma Negra´s Board, Banco Roela and SiroPay (a fintech). She has also been a member of Pampa Holding and Banco Supervielle´s boards. She participates in two NGS: Buenos Aires Food Bank and FAME, a network of professional women.
Diana holds an MBA from IESE and has participated in various executive courses at SOM – Yale, Notre Dame University, Columbia University and Darden Graduate School –UV. She has an undergraduate degree from Universidad Nacional de Córdoba. She continuously publishes in the media on topics related to her areas of expertise and is a speaker at various international conferences. She has authored a book on Finance: Finanzas para Empresas competitivas. After her MBA she led Ucema’s MBA program, back in 1987.
Before re-joining UCEMA, she was Head for Latin America for Standard & Poor’s International Ratings and before that she founded –and later sold- Risk Analysis, a company with strong involvement in the development of capital markets in Argentina.
