Supervision of financial statements and reports. Supervision of account receivable processes as well as debt financing. Analysis and control of current credit lines.

FINANCE
Assessment of credit risk through analysis of financial statements for the approval of credit lines. Profitability analysis. Assessment of general investment projects.

SALES
Supervision and training of sales teams. Took part in the elaboration of sales budgets and in the design and implementation of sales processes as well as in the creation of new products. Performance analysis and budget control.
