In a few months, Argentines will choose who will succeed Alberto Fernández as president. All the candidates care about education, in the same way that they care about the health of the population and its security. No Argentine should stop caring about these issues, whether they are a candidate for the presidency of the Nation or not. But a candidate for president must tell us much more than affirm that they will improve the education, health, and security of the population. They must tell us how they will do it and how their proposal differs from that of their competitors. Otherwise, how is it possible that citizens consciously vote for who they consider to be the most suitable to occupy the first magistracy? This seminar proposes the need for three laws and a proposal, which I have postulated on numerous occasions, essential to begin a new path on education in our country. Who among the candidates would be willing to send them to Congress?
