He is Deputy Director of the Liberal Institute of Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom since 2018. He studied Social Sciences, Political Sciences, History and Philosophy (Master). He has been working in the political field since 1988. He worked first at the FDP headquarters and later in the parliamentary bloc of the FDP. In 1995 he returned to FDP headquarters and worked there as deputy press officer. From 1998 to 2006 he managed the office of the chairman of the FDP parliamentary group (Dr. Wolfgang Gerhardt). Since 2007 he has been working for the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom. In his early career he began as an election, opinion and social research consultant Between 2014 and 2018 he headed the communications department, later the political education department. Thomas Volkmann is member of the German Political Science Association, a very prominent organization in Germany that works on election issues and research.

Responsable de las actividades de la Fundación Naumann para la Libertad en Argentina y Paraguay. Estudió humanidades en Berlín, Paris, Leipzig y Tübingen y obtuvo su doctorado de Filosofía en 2008 en la Universidad Humboldt de Berlín.

Ph.D. en Economía en la Universidad de Chicago. Miembro de Número de la Academia Nacional de Educación, ejerce los cargos de Profesor Titular y Rector de la Universidad del CEMA. El Dr. Zablotsky es Miembro del Consejo Académico de la Fundación Libertad y Progreso, de la Fundación Atlas (Argentina), y del Consejo Consultivo de la Fundación Acton (Argentina). Centra su interés en dos campos de research: filantropía no asistencialista y las políticas públicas llevadas a cabo en el área educativa en nuestro país.
