Francisco de Santibañes es Vicepresidente del Consejo Argentino para las Relaciones Internacionales (CARI). Es asimismo autor de los libros La Argentina y el Mundo (Edicon, 2016), La Rebelión de las Naciones (Vértice de Ideas, 2019) y La Argentina después de la Tormenta (Vértice de Ideas, 2021). Ha escrito en revistas especializadas como Survival, Armed Forces and Society y Comparative Strategy, y enseña en la Maestría en Políticas Públicas de la Universidad Austral. Entre otras instituciones, ha dado presentaciones en Chatham House, Johns Hopkins University, Wilson Center, el ISEN, Institut Français des Relations Internationales (Ifri) y el Consejo Alemán de Política Exterior.
