Nikita

Nikita is a Doctoral Researcher at The Inclusion Initiative at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). She serves as the Head Tutor for the LSE Online Certificate Course “Inclusive Leadership Through Behavioural Science”, a program she co-developed, tailored specifically for industry professionals. She co-leads and teaches on the Summer Programme for Universidad Panamericana students. She co-leads and teaches in the Summer Programme for students from Universidad Panamericana.
As a PhD candidate in the LSE Department of Psychological and Behavioural Science, Nikita’s research focuses on understanding social mobility in a global context. She has prior experience leading Human Resources Strategy for employees globally and has designed and implemented award-winning employee initiatives for Diversity and Inclusion. Her work has been published in the Harvard Business Review and the LSE Business Review.
