During this encounter, the speaker will provide a detailed overview of our educational situation in the primary, secondary and university levels.
Graduated as economist from the National University of Buenos Aires, with postgraduate studies at the University of Chile (Escolatina) and a Ph.D. from the University of California (Berkeley). Fellow in the Universities of Chicago, Yale and the Massachussets Institute of Technology (MIT). He was professor at the Universities of Buenos Aires, Catholic of Argentina and of Bologna. He taught in postgraduate courses at the Ortega y Gasset Institute (Madrid) and in various programs of the Interamerican Development Bank and the Organization of American States (OEA). He is a full member of the National Academy of Education and of the Argentine Academy of Environmental Sciences. Director of the CEA (Center for Education Studies), University of Belgrano.
